教学工作:
主讲《粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专题》、《食品酶工程》2门研究生课程,及《通风除尘与气力输送》、《健康食品制造》2门本科生课程;参编《粮油加工学》、《食品营养学》本科教材2部,主持教育部产学合作协同育人项目2项,其中1项已结题,指导本科生获得盼盼杯烘焙食品创意大赛、“挑战杯”江苏省大学生创业计划竞赛等多项学科竞赛奖,指导国家、省级大学生创新创业项目多项,江苏省研究生科研创新计划1项;指导校优秀本科毕业论文1项
主要研究领域:
科研方向1:从事变性淀粉研究,开发出具有产业化推广前景的无醛型淀粉基木材胶粘剂
科研方向2:从事功能性碳水化合物基材料的研究与开发,重点针对干预非酒精性脂肪肝的功能物质的稳态化载运材料及粮油中真菌毒素的绿色脱除材料开展相关研究。
